How does your move-in cleaning service work?
We’ve made the entire process easy. Get a quote, schedule your clean, and pay for everything online. We’ll show up on cleaning day, work through our checklist, and leave your property ready for your family move into.
How long will the move-in cleaning take?
It really depends on the size of the property and exactly what we need to do. However, it usually takes us 2-4 hours for a standard 1 bedroom apartment, including a carpet steam clean.
Do you provide urgent move-out cleans?
While we’re very flexible with our scheduling, we do request bookings be made at least 3 days ahead. If you do have an urgent request, please email us at hello@thisisneat.com.au.
What does your 72-hour reclean guarantee cover?
We provide a 72-hour reclean guarantee on all our cleans. If you or your real estate agent are unhappy with any aspect of our cleaning, we’ll return to the property – no extra charge. For more information about our guarantee, please visit our terms and conditions.
Does my property need to be unfurnished?
Yes. In order to provide an efficient service, we need apartments to be fully unfurnished before we get started.
