Cannot recommend This Is Neat highly enough! My online enquiries were answered almost instantly, the job was very easy to arrange online with a very user friendly website and flexible times for booking the clean, not to mention a great price!! I shopped around and could not find a better price than This Is Neat. Their Customer Service is fantastic, the guys were running a tiny bit late on the day as they were stuck in particularly bad traffic but they provided regular ETA updates...

We’ve made the entire process easy. Get a quote, schedule your clean, and pay for everything online. We’ll show up on cleaning day, work through our checklist, and leave your property ready for your family move into.
How long does a move-out clean take?
The time required depends on the size and condition of the property. Apartments typically take several hours, while larger homes may require additional time. Adding services such as carpet steam cleaning will increase the overall duration. We’ll provide a clear timeframe when you confirm your booking.
Is moving house cleaning the same as vacate cleaning?
Moving house cleaning is designed for general relocations and preparing a home for new occupants. If you’re handing back keys at the end of a lease, our vacate cleaning service may be more suitable.
Can you accommodate urgent move-out cleaning?
Often, yes. We recommend booking at least three days in advance where possible. If you require an urgent move-out clean, email hello@thisisneat.com.au and we’ll advise on availability.
What does your 72-hour reclean guarantee* cover?
If anything included in your booked service isn’t completed to standard, let us know within 72 hours and we’ll return to address it at no extra cost. The guarantee applies to the areas and services outlined in your booking confirmation. For full details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Does my property need to be unfurnished?
Yes. For both move-in and move-out cleaning, the property should be empty to allow full access and ensure the most thorough result.
